Reorder PDF Pages Online
Scanned packets and combined reports sometimes place pages in the wrong order. Reordering can restore a logical flow before printing, submitting, or sharing a document. Printed page numbers on the page itself may not change when pages move.
Step-by-step instructions
- Open PDFLeo and choose Organize PDF.
- Select the PDF or supported document from your device.
- Use the options shown by the tool and check the selected pages or settings.
- Run the operation and download the output if processing completes.
- Open the downloaded file and confirm the result before sharing or relying on it.
Tips for a better result
- Write down the intended sequence first.
- Check mixed portrait and landscape pages.
- Keep the original until the new order is confirmed.
Important: Keep an original copy of important documents. Always review the exported file; results can vary with file structure, quality, and supported features.
Frequently asked questions
Will printed page numbers change?

Can scanned pages be reordered?
